We are sorry that some people’s experience with LINKUP has been less than adequate this year.

COVID-19 impacted all businesses this summer. The logistics of getting school uniforms from suppliers on time, and the way our staff have had to work while observing socially distancing in a small factory has been very demanding.

We took a decision in August to focus the attention of all of our staff – including those who act as a point of contact for the company - to getting as many orders 'out of the door' each day as possible. This was done with the best of intentions but, in hindsight, was a mistake and we apologise unreservedly.

Finally, to those customers and schools who have been so understanding and patient, and to those who brought chocolates and words of encouragement, THANK YOU.

Delivery & Returns

Shipping policy

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated, which is normally within 10 working days subject to stock. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practicable.


Returns Policy

Online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt by email to [email protected], by telephone or by sending the goods back to us, quoting your name, order number and item/s to be cancelled.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions in accordance with the UK Online and Distance Selling Regulations:

Items are returned carriage paid and are returned unused in their original condition, complete with all packaging.

All returns are to be accompanied by the sender’s name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

We will accept goods back into stock for refund (subject to condition) within 30 days of purchase but outside of the 14 day cancellation you will not be refunded your original shipping cost.

Outside 30 days we will exchange only.


Please advise [email protected] of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 14 days of receipt.


We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return, unless they are faulty.


We are currently experiencing unprecedented levels of orders even for this time of year.

Because of COVID-19, we have been forced to operate an on-line only service this year.

Orders are currently taking around 10 working days to fulfill, which is our published turnaround time.

We have made the difficult decision that we are unable to respond to individual enquiries about orders for the time being.

This will enable us to concentrate on fulfilling orders in as timely a way as possible.
